PROCEDURES WHEN AT THE DEALERSHIP

DROP OFF

  • AT NO TIME CAN THERE BE MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE IN TRAILER or WAITING LOUNGE
  • We will greet you at you vehicle and explain that due to current circumstances we are attempting to maintain social distancing.
  • We will use wipes or provided alcohol and cloth towels to wipe down steering wheel and door handles and gear shifter knob.  We will attempt to avoid contact with other interior surfaces.
  • We will install a Steering Wheel Cover and Seat Cover
  • We will then perform our normal Service Check in and vehicle inspection process with you outside.
  • Your Service Advisor will then finish the check in process under our outdoor tent.
  • We will then walk customers to the waiting area
    • We have placed chairs outside if you prefer to wait in the open air.
    • Our waiting area and seating is disinfected hourly by onsite sanitization company

Technician will be asked to leave seat cover, floor mat and steering wheel cover in place when parking the vehicle.

SERVICE COMPLETE, VEHICLE HAND OVER

  • When you arrive, we will ask you to remain outside trailer.
  • One of our Porters or Advisors will escort you to the payment/pickup window.
  • One of our Porters or Advisors will retrieve your keys and pull your vehicle up.
  • We will remove seat cover, steering wheel cover and paper mat from vehicle
  • We will use a new clean wipe to wipe down shift knob, door handle (interior and exterior) and key before returning your vehicle to you.
    • The steering wheel would not need to be wiped down if the steering wheel cover was left in place.
    • The last item we will wipe down will be the key as we hand it to you.
  • We will then provide directions on how to leave the property.

PROCEEDURES WHEN HOME OR BUSINESS PICK UP IS PROVIDED

PICK UP (Must be a warranty service or credit card payment only)

  • One of our Service employees will be provided your cell phone number.
  • When they leave the dealership they will call or text you and let you know they are on the way.
    • This employee will take disinfectant, floor mats, seat and steering wheel cover and vehicle check in sheet along for pick up.
  • When this employee arrives and parks, they will call or text you to alert you that they have arrived.
  • Please meet our employee outside and hand over your keys.  Our employee will retains the keys to loaner vehicle unless other arrangements have made ahead of time.
  • We will use wipes or provided alcohol and cloth towels to wipe down steering wheel and door handles and gear shifter knob and will attempt to avoid contact with other interior surfaces.
  • We will install a Steering Wheel and Seat Cover.
  • We will Perform our normal Service Check in and vehicle inspection process with you outside.
  • Our employee will return DIRECTLY to the dealership with your vehicle and inform an Advisor to complete the write up so your service can being.  No stop off are allowed in your vehicle.

DROP OFF

  • Your Advisor will inform you that your service has been completed and obtain credit card payment over phone with the help of our Cashier.
  • Your Advisor will arrange a drop off time and inform the employee delivering your vehicle copy of your completed invoice/receipts.
  • When our employee leaves dealership they will call or text you to let you know they are on the way.
  • When our employee arrives and parks, they will call or text you to alert that they have arrived.
  • They will place your invoice/receipt on your passenger seat.
  • They will remove the seat cover, steering wheel cover and paper mat from your vehicle.
  • We will use a new clean wipe to wipe down shift knob, door handle (interior and exterior) and key before returning your vehicle to you.
    • The steering wheel would not need to be wiped down if the steering wheel cover was left in place.
    • The last item we will wipe down will be the key as we hand it to you.
  • Our employee will then return to dealership in the loaner vehicle.
